- Preparation or assistance in the preparation of meals
- Accompaniment to medical appointments
- Go shopping alone or with you (groceries, shopping, outings)
- Washing clothes and bedding
- Take care of your pets
- Etc.
We will start with a telephone conversation and if you wish, after this first contact, we could make an appointment.

The Goverment of Quebec offers the credit for home support for seniors to reimburse part of the amouts paid by a senior to stay in their home.
